2.1 Students must meet the minimum age and educational qualification requirements specified for individual courses.
2.2 Proof of identity and educational qualification must be submitted at the time of admission.
2.3 Admission is subject to the availability of seats and payment of applicable fees.
3.1 Course fees must be paid in full or as per the agreed installment plan before the commencement of classes.
3.2 All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified in a written agreement.
3.3 Late payments may incur additional charges, and failure to pay may result in termination of enrollment.
3.4 Receipts must be collected for all payments made to the academy.
4.1 Students are required to maintain a minimum attendance percentage as specified for each course.
4.2 Punctuality and discipline are mandatory. Misconduct, harassment, or damage to academy property will result in strict action, including termination of enrollment.
4.3 Mobile phones and other distractions are prohibited during class hours unless explicitly allowed.
5.1 The academy will provide course materials as part of the enrolled program.
5.2 Students are prohibited from reproducing, distributing, or sharing course materials without prior written consent.
5.3 Intellectual property rights for all course content remain with Computer Academy Assam.
6.1 Certificates will only be awarded to students who successfully complete the course requirements, including assignments, tests, and attendance.
6.2 The academy holds the right to withhold certificates for any breach of terms or pending dues.
7.1 The academy is not responsible for personal belongings lost, stolen, or damaged on the premises.
7.2 The academy makes no guarantees regarding job placement, although assistance may be provided as per the course agreement.
7.3 While the academy strives to provide accurate and up-to-date information, it is not liable for errors, omissions, or changes in course content.
8.1 The academy reserves the right to terminate enrollment for violation of these terms.
8.2 Refunds, if applicable, will be processed as per the refund policy communicated during admission.
8.3 Students may withdraw from a course, but fees paid will not be refunded unless explicitly stated.
9.1 Students are encouraged to resolve complaints amicably by contacting the administration.
9.2 Any disputes arising under these terms shall be governed by the laws of India and subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Assam.
